Redbox+ Dumpsters of Greater Austin offers a patented 2-in-1 roll-off dumpster with an integrated portable restroom, solving two critical job-site needs with one delivery. We're backed by the BELFOR Franchise Group and combine local ownership with national resources. Our reputation is built on fast turnaround times, exceptional customer service, and making waste removal seamless for contractors. We're growing rapidly in the Austin market and looking for motivated sales professionals to drive that growth. This position offers a base salary ranging between $50,000 to $65,000 plus performance-based commission. As a Sales Representative, you'll connect with contractors, builders, and property owners who need reliable waste solutions. Your role includes proactive outreach, providing quotes, closing deals, and building strong customer relationships. You'll educate prospects on our unique offerings and manage accounts from initial contact through service delivery. This is a consultative B2B sales role where your performance directly impacts your earnings. We provide hands-on training and ongoing coaching to set you up for success from day one.
