Intern Project Management, Methodologies & Tools (12 months)
Location: Wangen b. Dübendorf
When: 01 August 2026 or upon availability
Your mission:
In our Project Management Competences-Team you support the coordination and execution of various project- and process management support and improvement initiatives whilst learning from a broad and experienced community of Project- and Process Management Practitioners and Experts
Your tasks:
Contribute to the coordination and execution of various transformation and improvement-initiatives within Skyguide's Project Management-Framework (Procedures, Guidance, Trainings & Tools)
Support with operational duties and tasks within Skyguide's Project Management-Framework (e.g. Organization & Scheduling of Trainings, Workshops, Initiatives)
Lead and coordinate certain continuous improvement initiatives within Skyguide's Project Management-Framework (e.g. improvement of Community Engagement)
Support and contribute to Skyguide's Project Management Community in questions involving Internal Procedures, Training and Tools
Support larger Projects/Programs with the creation and coordination of deliverables and management in the Project Management-System (SAP PPM) in the role of Project Management-Officer
What we are looking for:
Bachelor degree or equivalent level of professional experience in a science, economical, or technical oriented discipline
Project Management basic education or equivalent level of experience and/or interest in Project Management Methodology
Motivation: You are driven by purpose, taking initiative to move things forward
Continuous learning: You are curious and actively seek out and engage in learning opportunities and transfer the acquired knowledge in your daily work
Fluent in English and German, French a plus
