 A career as a senior investment communications advisor within the Sales Enablement & Digital Strategy team, part of National Bank Investments, means acting as a key strategic partner to business teams, promoting financial solutions and investment expertise aligned with the organization’s growth priorities.

You play an active role in showcasing the wealth management offering through relevant, educational and high value‑added content that supports decision‑making, advisor engagement and client experience. This position is designed for a professional who can translate complex investment strategies, market trends and value propositions into clear and compelling content for diverse audiences, while operating at the core of the organization’s strategic priorities and mastering digital tools.

Your role
  • Act as a strategic partner by advising business teams on communications needs related to investment and wealth management.
  • Design and produce high value‑added multimedia content, including videos, visuals, presentations and educational tools aligned with business strategies.
  • Deploy multi‑format content strategies, including webinars, podcasts and digital platforms, to highlight expertise, market insights and investment solutions.
  • Translate complex investment strategies, market trends and issues into clear, consistent and engaging messaging.
  • Equip sales and advisory teams with impactful content that supports high‑value client conversations.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product and compliance teams, and contribute to strategic initiatives and events.
Your team

You are part of the Sales Enablement & Digital Strategy team within the National Bank Investments sector and report to the Senior Director, Sales Enablement and Digital Strategy. The team’s mandate is to drive growth by enhancing engagement throughout the client journey and supporting the organization’s strategic priorities and business objectives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of seven years of relevant experience in communications and investment.
  • Excellent knowledge of investment products and wealth management solutions.
  • Strong experience in strategic content creation and multimedia distribution.
  • Proven ability to operate in complex and highly regulated environments.
  • Proficiency with digital and multimedia content production and optimization tools.
  • Experience managing large‑scale, strategic communication projects.
