As a Senior Account Executive you will be responsible for owning and managing a specified set of Canon Medical Informatics, Inc. customers. This role includes delivering sales of Professional Services and software sales. The Senior Account Executive will act as a customer advocate working closely with service, sales, marketing, and engineering to improve the products adoption and to deliver a World Class Canon Medical Informatics, Inc. partner experience./ppResponsibilities:/pulliDevelop key relationships with customers at all levels, set appropriate expectations, and repetitiously deliver on those expectations/liliSell software in addition to Professional Services, which includes hardware, education and professional services/liliEstablish and maintain a positive and professional relationship with assigned customers with a clear focus on expansion/liliInteract and communicate frequently over the phone and occasionally in person with key contacts in addition to developing new contracts to drive IB growth/liliMaintain strong product knowledge of the entire Canon Medical Informatics, Inc. product suite and be able to effectively advise partners regarding how to best leverage their advanced visualization solution.
