Labcorp is seeking to hire an Associate Director, Corporate Secretarial and Statutory Compliance (m/w/d) at our site in Münster.

Work Schedule: 39,5 hours Monday – Friday with the possibility for Part-Time hours if more than 50%.


  • Remain up to date with regulatory / statutory changes that might affect the organization and ensure that policies are up to date and approved
  • Define, update, and publish Regulatory and Statutory Compliance Dashboards
  • Support stakeholders in filing, and registering any documents including forms, returns, and applications for the company
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and act as custodian of corporate records, statutory books and registers
  • Manage the Secretarial and Compliance Audit and publish reports
  • Develop controls to monitor the progress associated with the implementation of recommended changes

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3 or more years of professional experience in Corporate Secretarial and Statutory Compliance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Law Graduate with knowledge on legal matters
  • Qualified Company Secretary having worked with a multinational company or a national level law / secretarial firm
  • Trained and experienced with secretary and legal / law; prior or current experience as Compliance Manager

  • Strong ability to work within a team
  • Strong aptitude for planning, organization, and decision-making
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a rapport-building ability
  • Ability to work to deadlines and exercise effective time management and leadership skills
  • Strong in governance management and Board level discussions and documentation
  • Works efficiently and effectively in a matrix environment
  • Business proficient in both German and English languages
  • Limited travel up to 10% within Germany
