Analyst / Associate Strategic Finance & Portfolio Management (m/w/d)
- Du unterstützt das Management sowie unsere Business Units bei finanziellen und strategischen Fragestellungen und wirkst aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs Strategic Finance & Portfolio Management mit
- Du übernimmst eine Sparringsrolle für ausgewählte Geschäftsbereiche und unterstützt datenbasierte Entscheidungen durch fundierte Analysen von Performance, Werttreibern und Marktumfeldern - auch im Rahmen von Investitions-, M&A- und KI-Projekten in den Business Units
- Du begleitest und analysierst Budget-, Forecast- und Investitionsprozesse und leitest daraus konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen ab
- Du erstellst Management- und Aufsichtsratspräsentationen sowie Ad-hoc-Analysen zu Performance, Kennzahlen, Märkten und Investitionen
- Du treibst den Einsatz von KI im Finanzbereich aktiv mit voran, identifizierst und priorisierst relevante Use Cases und förderst den Austausch zwischen den Business Units
- Du arbeitest eng mit den Business Units sowie angrenzenden Bereichen wie M&A und Strategy in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten zusammen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Finance, Business Analytics oder Strategie
- Mind. 1 Jahr relevante Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in der Strategieberatung, im Bereich Corporate Finance oder in einer strategischen Finanzfunktion eines internationalen Unternehmens
- Stark ausgeprägtes analytisches und strategisches Denkvermögen sowie ein sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte aufzubereiten und in klare Handlungsempfehlungen zu übersetzen
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und die Motivation, Themen aktiv voranzutreiben und Verantwortung zu übernehmen
- Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern
- Affinität zu KI-Tools und deren Einsatz im Arbeitsalltag sowie ein ausgeprägtes Interesse, neue Entwicklungen im Bereich KI aktiv zu verfolgen und zu adaptieren
- Sicherer Umgang mit Excel und PowerPoint; Erfahrung mit Tools wie SAP oder OneStream ist ein Plus
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Arbeit an gruppenweiten, strategischen Fragestellungen mit direktem Impact
