Develop compelling short-form video and photo content that drives engagement across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn, while strategically adapting and leveraging that content for broader use across digital marketing campaigns, sales centers, and other enterprise channels beyond social media. Partner with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to bring diverse stories to life across the organization. Lead end-to-end content production from ideation and storyboarding to filming, editing, and publishing. Apply social media trends and data insights to continuously optimize content performance and audience reach. Own brand consistency and elevate storytelling quality while contributing to a growing, content-driven marketing strategy. What You Bring
2+ years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital storytelling. Proven track record of creating engaging short-form video content that drives audience growth and interaction. Strong skills in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut. Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt quickly, and collaborate effectively across teams. Experience in hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or consumer-facing content preferred. Join us at the start of something big.
