Ihre Aufgaben
Für unseren Bereich Weighing & Instrument Components (MTWIC), welcher für die Industrialisierung und Produktion von Laborwaagen und anderen hochauflösenden gravimetrischen Instrumenten, Terminals MFR-Kraftsensoren und Leiterplatten für die gesamte MT-Gruppe führend ist, suchen wir am Standort Nänikon/Greifensee, globaler operativer Hauptsitz von TOLEDO eine motivierte Person als CNC Operator 100% (all genders)
In dieser Funktion übernehmen Sie folgende Tätigkeiten:
Sie sind zuständig für das Einrichten und Bedienen von mehrachsigen CNC-Bearbeitungscentern (Chiron, Hermle, Nakamura)
Sie überwachen die Fertigungsprozesse und stellen die Qualität sicher und optimieren Programme
Sie sind verantwortlich für das Entgraten, Trowalisieren, Reinigen und Verpacken der bearbeiteten Produkte
Sie warten und pflegen die Maschinen und die dazugehörigen Arbeits- Betriebs- und Messmittel
Ihr Profil
Folgende Anforderungen stellen wir an diese Position:
Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Polymechaniker*in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit
Sie besitzen mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung und haben Erfahrung in der Bedienung von CNC-Maschinen (Siemens, Heidenhain)
Sie haben die Bereitschaft zu Schichtarbeit (2-3 Schichten) und sind mobil
Kenntnisse in MS-Office und SAP sowie Erfahrung mit LEAN-Management (KVP, 5S etc.) sind von Vorteil
Sie verfügen über eine selbstständige und präzise Arbeitsweise und bringen gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit
Sie sind in der Lage auf Deutsch zu kommunizieren und sich zu verständigen
