Our assistant department sales manager is responsible for assisting in achieving sales/operational results through hiring, training, goal setting, decision-making, and supervising employees within department.
Requirements:
- Ability to represent a culture of caring and the pursuit of excellence through the support of Big Y's mission & vision.
- Ability to demonstrate a passion for food through interactive sales techniques.
- Ability to demonstrate leadership through his or her own example.
