Sales & Communication
Wir suchen Sie als Mitarbeiter/-in für die Kundenbetreuung und den Verkauf
(80%-100% Stelle, unbefristet)
Ihre Aufgaben:
Sie pflegen unser Customer-Relationship-Management (CRM)
Sie überwachen den Musterversand und managen Kundenprojekte
Sie sind verantworlich für die Koordination, Kommunikation, Informationsbeschaffung und Pflege von internationalen und nationalen Bestands-und Neukunden
Sie arbeiten eng mit Administration & Logistics sowie Production Management & Purchasing zusammen und sind die Stellvertretung für den Einkauf
Sie pflegen unsere Kundendaten in unserem System
Sie sind Datenschutzbeauftrage/-r für unser Unternehmen
Sie ändern und ergänzen Informationen auf unserer Homepage
Sie erstellen und führen Statistiken rund um die Verkauszahlen
Sie erstellen Kalkulationen und offerieren die Preise an unsere Kunden
Unsere Erwartungen:
Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder mehrjährige Erfahrug mit KV-Abschluss
Sie haben bereits Erfahrung in der Organisation und der Kundenbetreuung
Sie besitzen die Fähigkeit, eigene Arbeiten systematisch zu organisieren und zu archivieren
Sie arbeiten selbstständig, eigeninitativ und haben einen stillsicheren Umgang in Kommunikation und Auftreten
Sie haben sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift, jede weitere Sprache ist von Vorteil
Sie sind ein Teamplayer
