Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte und strukturierte Persönlichkeit für den Bereich Personalverwaltung, Buchhaltung und allgemeine Administration; To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated, well-structured, and reliable individual to join our HR administration, accounting, and general administrative department.
  • Unterstützung im Personalwesen (z.B. Personalaktenpflege, Vorbereitung von Arbeitsverträgen, Zeiterfassung)
  • Vorbereitende Buchhaltung (Rechnungsprüfung, Unterstützung bei Monatsabschlüssen)
  • Laufende Finanzbuchhaltung (Debitoren, Kreditoren, Kasse, Bank)
  • Unterstützung bei Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen
  • Kommunikation mit Steuerberater und externen Partnern
  • Allgemeine Büroorganisation und administrative Tätigkeiten
  • Schriftliche und telefonische Korrespondenz – auch in englischer Sprache
  • Terminorganisation und Dokumentenmanagement
  • Support in human resources (e.g., maintaining personnel files, preparing employment contracts, time tracking)
  • Preparatory accounting (invoice verification, support with monthly closings)
  • Ongoing financial accounting (accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash, bank)
  • Support with payroll processing
  • Communication with tax advisors and external partners
  • General office organization and administrative tasks
  • Written and telephone correspondence – also in English
  • Appointment scheduling and document management

  • Abgeschlossenen kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Personal oder Buchhaltung von Vorteil
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Diskretion und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Completed commercial training (e.g., business administration) or comparable qualification
  • Experience in HR or accounting is an advantage
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Structured, reliable, and independent working style
  • Discretion and strong sense of responsibility
