What You'll Do
This is a relationship-driven role where you'll help homeowners navigate the restoration process while managing projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities Include:
- Canvass storm-affected neighborhoods and connect with homeowners
- Perform roof inspections and identify storm-related damage
- Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process
- Guide customers through claims from start to finish
- Manage roofing projects and ensure a high-level customer experience
- Build referral relationships and generate repeat business
- Work directly with team leads, adjusters, admin staff, and production teams
