Ihre Aufgaben
Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen inkl. 8D-Reporting sowie Durchführung von Fehler- und Ursachenanalysen und Einleitung nachhaltiger Massnahmen
Unterstützung von Produktion und Montage sowie Bearbeitung akuter Qualitätsthemen zur Sicherstellung der Endabnahme
Steuerung und Entwicklung von Lieferanten zur Einhaltung der Qualitätsanforderungen
Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Prozessen und nachhaltige Reduktion von Qualitätskosten
Planung und Durchführung von Produkt- und Prozessaudits sowie qualitätsbezogenen Schulungen
Erfassung, Analyse und transparente Berichterstattung von Qualitätskennzahlen
Ihr Profil
Abschluss in Ingenieurwissenschaften, vorzugsweise Maschinenbau
Erfahrung im Qualitätswesen in einem Umfeld der technischen Entwicklung und Fertigung
Kenntnisse in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 und AS9100 von Vorteil
Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Programmen und SAP von Vorteil
Englisch und Deutsch verhandlungssicher
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
Integrative Persönlichkeit
Starke organisatorische Fähigkeiten
