This position involves driver unloading utilizing rollers, which is why you'll be paid at top tier rates—$0.75 CPM, plus unload pay. You'll run predictable routes delivering everyday household essentials that keep communities across America stocked and moving. On this dedicated route, you'll enjoy consistent weekly home time and handle customer-facing responsibilities that let your professionalism shine. With an experienced team behind you and 24/7 support whenever you need it, you're never out there on your own. This role is a perfect match for drivers who want steady miles, great pay, and a workplace that values their effort.

Pay:

  • $2,500 Sign On Bonus
  • $0.75 per mile

  • Top performers average $2,100 per week

Qualifications:
  • Must have Class A License (CDL A) & 21 years or older. Must have 3 months of verifiable experience
  • Paid Orientation - upon completion and hired.
  • Drivers can earn trip pay based on a calculation of dispatched miles of $.75 cpm depending on route and experience.
  • No more than 1 CMV on-road preventable accident in the last 2 years. No major CMV preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
  • No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
  • No DUI/DWI within the past 5 years, or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL.
  • Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. No drug related conviction within the past 5 years, or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL. No positive/refused tests in the past 10 years with CDL-A/CLP.
  • SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.
