Key responsibilities / You will get to:

* Manage project streams and work with client teams, bearing responsibility for specific tasks, the quality of your deliverables and ensuring project milestones are reached
* Contribute to business development and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager
* Help increase Allianz Consulting expertise within our strategic areas of development
* Contribute to internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including internal knowledge sharing and team events

Key requirements / What we hope you bring: 

* University degree (or equivalent)
* Minimum 3 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in management consulting
* Solid knowledge of financial services (insurance, banking, asset management)
* Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
* Strong stakeholder communication skills across seniority levels
* Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
* Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills (incl. complex functions)
* Experience with AI tools and data-driven approaches (e.g. leveraging AI for analysis, automation, and presentation preparation)

We highly welcome candidates with a genuine interest and affinity for Information Technology (IT) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), as these attributes are considered valuable assets to our team.Demonstrate expert knowledge of AI frameworks, leverage AI tools in everyday tasks, and consult clients on AI adoption for successful business transformation
