Business Development: Identify and prospect potential customers in the label and packaging segments within the Pacific Northwest US. Manage the Full Sales Cycle: Lead sales from initial outreach to contract closure, including product presentations, software demonstrations, negotiations, and market trend analysis. Consultative Selling: Understand the technical and business needs of customers to offer tailored solutions that improve their efficiency, productivity, and print quality. Meet & Exceed Sales Targets: Consistently achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Industry Engagement: Travel within the assigned region to meet customers, attend trade shows, and represent the company at industry events. Sales Experience: Strong background in sales, printing, packaging, or automation technology, with a track record of closing deals. Customer-Focused: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage with decision-makers. Technical Acumen: Ability to understand and communicate the value of technical solutions to a non-technical audience. Travel Ready: Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned region as needed.
