Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for greeting customers as they enter the dealership and directing them where they need to go
  • Assist customers in selecting the ideal CDJR vehicle to match their needs
  • Conduct test drives to showcase vehicle features and performance
  • Build strong relationships through customer service and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with management to finalize sales and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest CDJR models, promotions, and financing options
  • Exceed sales goals and earn rewarding commission while doing what you love

CDJR Sales Consultant Qualifications:

  • Go-getters with a competitive spirit and a drive to succeed
  • Previous Sales experience (automotive is a plus, but not a dealbreaker!)
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • A self-motivated, goal-oriented attitude
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
