Key Account Manager/in Region West
Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des externen Vertriebsnetzes der Region West. Mit deinem ausgeprägten Beziehungsmanagement, deinem Vertriebsverständnis und deinem Markt- und Zahlenflair stärkst du Partnerbeziehungen und erschliesst zusätzlich neue Potenziale. Dabei stellst du eine hohe Beratungs- und Servicequalität sicher und leistest einen wesentlichen Beitrag zum nachhaltigen Wachstum von Assura sowie zu einer starken, partnerschaftlichen Vertriebsperformance.
Was du täglich bewirkst
Mit Engagement akquirierst, betreust und entwickelst du regionale Vermittler nachhaltig weiter.
Auf Basis regionaler Marktgegebenheiten erstellst du Verkaufsplanungen und setzt diese erfolgreich um.
Als zentrale Ansprechperson für alle Vermittlerthemen arbeitest du eng mit externen, regionalen Vermittlern zusammen und stellst dabei die Erreichung der definierten Vertriebsziele in der Grund? und Zusatzversicherung unter Einhaltung der Qualitätsvorgaben sicher.
Durch Schulungen und strukturierte Fallbesprechungen förderst du die fachliche Kompetenz der Vermittler und stellst eine dauerhaft hohe Beratungsqualität sicher.
Die Planung und Organisation von Informationsveranstaltungen für Vermittler gehören ebenso zu deinem Verantwortungsbereich.
Was du ins Team einbringst
Mit einerabgeschlossenen kaufmännischen Ausbildung oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation sowie mindestens drei Jahren Berufserfahrung bringst du eine solide fachliche Grundlage mit.
Fundierte Praxiserfahrung im Aussendienst einer Krankenversicherung, sowie ein gutes Zahlenverständnis zeichnen dich ebenso aus wie deine ausgeprägten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten.
Idealerweise konntest du bereits erste Führungs- oder Coachingerfahrungen sammeln und überzeugst durch dein gewinnendes Auftreten und ein gesundes Durchsetzungsvermögen.
Analytisches Denken, Organisationsgeschick sowie eine selbständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise gehören zu deinen Stärken.
Deine Muttersprache ist Deutsch; ösischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
