We’re looking for a *Senior iOS Developer* to join the development of a premier football team’s mobile fan engagement platform. You’ll work on a modern, scalable stack with a strong emphasis on performance, real-time data ingestion, and AI-driven development efficiency.
Project Overview
This project aims to redefine the sports experience by unifying news, live stats, mobile ticketing, and in-stadium features into a single, high-performance ecosystem. You will help eliminate fan friction and deliver immersive, data-driven interactions for a global fanbase.
About the Role
As a Senior Architect of this mobile experience, you will lead the technical implementation of a native iOS application during a critical 2-month delivery phase. You will work within a high-pressure environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between traditional media and digital innovation.
Tech Stack
* Core Stack: Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, MVVM, Combine, Core Data, Auto Layout
* Networking & Integration: URLSession, Alamofire, RESTful APIs, Third-party SDKs
* Testing & Quality: XCTest, XCUITest, Apple Human Interface Guidelines
* Tools & DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, Git, LLDB, Xcode Instruments, TestFlight
* AI & Innovation: Generative AI, Cursor, GitHub Copilot
What You’ll Do
* Architect and develop high-performance features using *Swift* and *SwiftUI* within an *MVVM* pattern.
* Integrate complex *RESTful APIs* and third-party SDKs to power real-time stadium and fan data.
* Optimize application performance and memory management using *Xcode Instruments* and *LLDB*.
* Ensure code reliability through comprehensive *XCTest* and *XCUITest* coverage.
* Leverage *Generative AI* tools like *Cursor* and *GitHub Copilot* to accelerate the development lifecycle.
* Collaborate with US-based stakeholders to align technical delivery with product vision.
Requirements
* Extensive experience building and scaling native iOS applications.
* Mastery of both *UIKit* and *SwiftUI* frameworks.
* Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex architectural issues under tight deadlines.
* Strong communication skills for articulating technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
* Availability for US-time zone overlap (2:00 PM – 7:00 PM CET).
