Aufgaben
Ihr Motto ist es, jedem Gast ein perfekter und liebenswerter Gastgeber zu sein. Sie sorgen zusammen mit der gesamten Servicemannschaft für das kulinarische Erlebnis unserer Gäste in unserem Room Service Outlet.
Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehören:
- Abstimmung mit Waiter/ Waitress & Minibar Attendant.
- Verantwortlich für die Annahme von Bestellungen per Telefon und korrekte Buchung im POS Kommunikation an Service und Küche.
- aktive Erklärung und Verkauf aller angebotenen Speisen/ Getränke sowie Angebot von Alternativen.
- Überwachung von Betriebsmitteln, Vorräten und Beseitigung von Abfällen.
- Gewährleisten, den Arbeitsplatz und seine Umgebung immer sauber und organisiert zu halten.
- Ein- und Durchführen von Vor- und Nachbereitungsaufgaben.
- Zuvorkommender, effizienter Umgang mit Gastanfragen und -beschwerden und Berichten an die/den Vorgesetzte/n.
- Sachkundiger Umgang mit dem POS System im Rahmen des in der Abteilung erforderten Schulungsniveaus.
- Unterstützung bei Inventuren von Produkten und Arbeitsmitteln.
- Betreuung des Service und Übernahme von Unterweisungen des Teams.
Profil
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem vergleichbaren Hotel und über Berufserfahrung in der gehobenen Gastronomie
- mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in einer ähnliches Position
- Neben Ihrem tadellosen Auftreten und Ihrem gepflegten Äußeren überzeugen Sie durch Ihren natürlichen Charme, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Menschenkenntnis
- Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität sowie sehr hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Strukturierte und organisierte Arbeitsweise
- Grosses Interesse an teamorientierter Arbeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; jede weitere Sprache von Vorteil
