- Betreuung der globalen Server- und Storage-Strukturen
- Sicherstellung der Hochverfügbarkeit der im Verantwortungsbereich befindlichen Systeme
- Betreuung von Schnittstellen und Applikationen (lokal & Cloud)
- Erstellung, Aktualisierung und Überwachung von Dokumentationen, Anleitungen und Wiederanlaufplänen
- Verantwortlich für Backup und Wiederherstellung von Systemen und Daten
- Betreuung des Life-Cycle-Managements im Data-Center
- Administration des globalen Active Directorys inclusive DHCP- und DNS-Management
- Betreuung des Telefonsystems
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker/in, Industriekaufmann/frau oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Fortbildung im Bereich Netzwerke, Betriebssysteme und Standardsoftware
- Erfahrung in der Administration von VMware vSphere und Storagesystemen
- Kenntnisse der aktuellen Windows Client- und Server-Betriebssysteme, sowie Cisco- und Meraki Netzwerklösungen
- Erfahrung in der Administration von Cloudprodukten, vorzugsweise Azure-Administration
- Grundkenntnisse in Tools und Lösungen auf Basis künstlicher Intelligenz
- Sicherer Umgang mit den MS Office Standardprodukten
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Projektmanagementkenntnisse wünschenswert
