Deliver skilled PT services in patients' homes Assess mobility, strength, and function Create customized treatment plans Educate patients & caregivers on exercises & safety Collaborate with a supportive care team to achieve results What You'll Bring:
Florida PT license Degree from an accredited PT program Reliable transportation & valid driver's license Current CPR certification Strong communication & documentation skills Home health experience is a plus Perks & Benefits:
