Luxury Real Estate Agent Opportunity
We are looking for a real estate agent who wants to break into luxury real estate by starting on the buyer side and learning to gain real experience quickly within a team setting while earning rewarding commissions. This is a strong fit for a licensed agent who wants to grow as a Showing Agent and build toward a full luxury agent path over time. You will learn to support buyer showings, learn to communicate clearly with clients, and learn to understand how luxury buyers move through the home search process from the first showing through the offer stage. The focus is on building strong fundamentals, improving conversations, and developing confidence through real activity, repetition, and coaching. You will learn to operate within a structured setting that emphasizes clear expectations, proven systems, and accountability. As you gain experience, you will learn how luxury teams operate while strengthening your ability to manage client relationships and stay involved in successful transactions. Responsibilities
Identify homes to show that meet buyers' needs and budgets to help make more sales Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion Qualifications
