Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to clients and their customers. As a representative, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide sales support. This is a remote position that offers flexible scheduling and a range of benefits. Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from clients’ customers, responding to questions and providing support with bookings, banking, and other sales-related inquiries. Make outbound calls to clients’ internal support departments and customers to clarify and resolve issues. Transfer calls to designated internal support departments or client account representatives as needed Stay up-to-date on clients’ sales and promotions, and maintain top sales performance by showcasing expert sales techniques and overcoming objections. Requirements:
Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage stress Patience, empathy, and strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Must be able to work 15-20 hours a week (some clients have weekend requirements) Technical Requirements:
Minimum computer specifications or better as needed by client (laptop or desktop) USB headset with microphone (required for certification training) Hard-wired broadband internet service via DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic connection Phone service Call center noise-cancelling phone (must be purchased by the representative) Benefits:
