*About the Role:*
We’re looking for a creative, detail-loving Website Designer to join our growing team remotely or in-office! In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for clients throughout their entire website build process, from the first kickoff call all the way to launch day. You’ll guide clients through onboarding, gather their vision, create initial design concepts, and bring their full website to life using our easy, drag-and-drop platform (_no coding required!_).
This position is perfect for someone who has a strong eye for design, stays up to date with modern graphic design trends, and loves creating beautiful, user-friendly websites that make clients say, “WOW!”
*Who We're Looking For *
* *2+ Years of Experience: *You’ve got at least a year under your belt in website design or graphic design, ideally within a marketing agency or with a digital marketing–focused degree. You’re not brand new to the world of creative design, and it shows!
* *Design Tools + Trends: *Experience with the platform Duda, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop + Illustrator) is preferred, and you stay inspired by modern design styles and trends.
* *Detail-Oriented Perfectionist Energy: *You have an eye for clean, beautiful design, and your project management game is strong. You double-check, over-deliver, and send off work you’re truly proud of.
* *Strong Communicator: *You’re comfortable talking with clients, collaborating with internal teams, and keeping projects moving with clear communication (yes, you can chit-chat with the best of them).

*Compensation* We understand the importance of pay transparency and comply with state regulations by including the expected pay range in all our job postings, regardless of location. At Creekmore Marketing, we’re committed to fairness and clarity in our compensation practices.
* The base salary range is $42,000 (entry-level) - $52,000 (experienced). If you are hired at Creekmore Marketing, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. Additionally, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the total salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. The compensation package will also include a $1,000 sign-on bonus as well as bi-annual performance based bonuses and opportunities to earn monthly commission.
