The Lead Trainer role will support the Margaritaville Vacation Club sales at sea. The role will be a hybrid role (onboard ship requirements and in office requirements). Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: First 90 days aboard ship (while we work on getting a contracted Club Director) after that time period Lead Trainer will join one cruise per month to inspect process and train 'on the spot' for sales & marketing / Evaluating process for efficiencies Lead Trainer will be onboard ship during 2-month sabbatical between Contracted role (Club Director) and perform all Club Director duties during that time period. Lead Trainer will onboard any additional Club Directors (Pending addl ships join process) Lead Trainer will be responsible for:
Creating a schedule 60-90 days out for Florida Sales Rep rotation Onboarding sales reps to Margaritaville brand Ensuring all requirements and documents are met for sales representatives to participate in rotation Setting up rooms for sales representatives and other support staff with Margaritaville room staff Handling invoices for Room charges and submitting through Concur Working with Bus Ops and OO to ensure the support team is aware of cruise dates and potential volume ( Sp Events cruises vs Reg cruises) and POC for each cruise Ensuring all associates have required equipment / uniforms / signed paperwork Training of all new associates joining the team
Travel Requirements 50% Minimum Requirements and Qualifications Education MGVC product knowledge Training requirements FLA Real Estate license Knowledge and skills Demonstrated ability to multi task and make effective decisions that align with company's direction Technical Skills Journey, WSA Worksheet, Eworksheet, Ecredit, Workstamp, MSFT Office Job experience 2-3 years experience in Sales Operations, Sales training, Timeshare operations Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
