Job Overview: Search Solution Group is seeking a Content Producer & Marketing Coordinator on behalf of our client, an industry leader specializing in lightning protection solutions for wind turbines. This role plays a critical part in elevating the company's brand presence, producing high-quality multimedia content, and supporting marketing initiatives that communicate technical expertise to a global audience. The Content Producer & Marketing Coordinator will own projects from concept to completion, ensuring consistent, engaging, and professional content across digital channels, podcasts, video platforms, and marketing collateral. Key Responsibilities:
Podcast & YouTube Production
Edit and produce episodes of the Uptime Wind Energy Podcast using Final Cut Pro, Adobe Audition, Adobe Premiere, Descript, or equivalent tools Handle audio cleanup, transitions, music beds, ad reads, and distribution-ready formatting Produce and edit YouTube content including interviews, technical explainers, and event recaps Manage metadata, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, and upload optimization for YouTube and all podcast platforms Support recording sessions and manage file organization and archiving Marketing Materials
Design and produce sales collateral, one-pagers, slide decks, social graphics, and email marketing assets Create content for LinkedIn, the company blog, and the Uptime Tech News newsletter Support conference materials, trade show preparation, and product launch content Ensure brand consistency across all digital and printed materials in alignment with established brand guidelines Website Management
Manage and update the company's websites Build and publish new web pages, blog posts, and landing pages Perform routine website maintenance, plugin updates, and basic troubleshooting Coordinate with hosting providers (Bluehost) and DNS/CDN partners (Cloudflare) as needed Requirements Include:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred Experience:
Experience producing and editing podcasts distributed on major platforms Hands-on experience managing WordPress websites Prior experience creating marketing collateral and multimedia content Skills:
Proficiency in Final Cut Pro, Adobe Audition, Adobe Premiere, or comparable editing software Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for technical or general audiences Design capabilities using PowerPoint, Canva, and/or the Adobe Suite Strong organization and project management skills Ability to juggle multiple deadlines and work independently in a small-team environment Certifications:
None required; certifications in digital marketing, multimedia production, or WordPress are a plus Knowledge:
Understanding of multimedia production workflows for both video and audio Knowledge of WordPress functionality, SEO basics, and web analytics is beneficial Key Competencies:
