Life Insurance Sales Consultant , you will work with individuals and families who have requested information about insurance coverage. Your role is to connect with prospective clients, understand their needs, and help them find the right protection for their situation. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and excited to grow within a supportive, team-driven environment. Whether you are already licensed or willing to become licensed, we provide the training, mentorship, and proven process to help you get started and build momentum. What You’ll Do

Motivated, self-disciplined, and coachable individuals Strong communication and relationship-building skills A desire to help families and serve clients well Goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic Professionalism, integrity, and follow-through Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively Sales or customer service experience is helpful, but not required Licensing We are open to both licensed and non-licensed individuals who are willing to become licensed. Licensing support and training are available for qualified candidates. Compensation This is a performance-based opportunity with significant income potential. Earnings vary based on production, consistency, and performance. First-year agents typically earn $45,000–$65,000, and top performers may earn $100,000+. Our Culture At
