Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) Spécialiste en acquisition de talents talentueux(se) et motivé(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique !
Responsabilités principales :
Rédaction et publication d’offres d’emploi : Rédiger des descriptions de poste attrayantes et personnalisées afin d’attirer les meilleurs talents. Assurer l’exactitude et la mise à jour régulière des affichages.
Recherche et présélection de candidats : Utiliser votre réseau et votre expertise en recrutement pour trouver et évaluer les candidats. Un solide réseau dans des domaines connexes est essentiel.
Coordination des entrevues : Réaliser des entrevues téléphoniques préliminaires et organiser les entrevues en personne ou virtuelles. Collaborer avec les candidats et les clients pour garantir un processus fluide.
Vérifications et gestion des offres : Superviser les vérifications de dossier (criminel, crédit, références). Gérer les lettres d’offre et faire le suivi auprès des candidats après les entrevues.
Communication avec les clients et les candidats : Servir de point de contact principal pour les clients et les candidats, en offrant une expérience de recrutement complète et personnalisée.
Tâches administratives : Tenir à jour les rapports sur les activités de recrutement et soutenir les opérations de l’équipe afin d’assurer la satisfaction des clients.
Détails du poste :
- Lieu : Quatre jours par semaine en présentiel, avec possibilité d’options hybrides ou flexibles.
- Développement des affaires : Ce poste inclut des responsabilités liées au développement des affaires.
- Bilinguisme : Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (oral et écrit) exigée.
- Polyvalence : Le ou la candidat(e) idéal(e) excelle dans un environnement dynamique et sait gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément.

Qualifications :

- Expérience en agence, un atout.
- Excellentes compétences en organisation et en communication.
- Capacité démontrée à travailler de façon autonome et à gérer efficacement plusieurs priorités.

Key Responsibilities:
- Job Posting & Description Writing: Craft engaging job descriptions and job postings tailored to attract top talent. Ensure all postings are accurate and updated regularly.
- Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Leverage your network and recruitment expertise to source and screen candidates. A strong network in related fields is essential.
- Interview Coordination: Conduct preliminary phone interviews and coordinate in-person or virtual interviews. Work with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth interview process.
- Background Checks & Offer Management: Oversee the background check process, including criminal, credit, and reference checks. Handle offer letters and follow up with candidates post-interview.
- Client & Candidate Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for both clients and candidates, delivering an end-to-end, red-carpet recruitment experience.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain organized reports on recruitment activities and support team operations to ensure client satisfaction.
Position Details:
- Location: Four days a week in-office.
- Business Development: This role includes business development responsibilities.
- Bilingualism: Fluent French and English (spoken and written) are required.
- Multi-Tasking: The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks seamlessly.

Qualifications:
- Post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fully bilingual in French and English (both written and spoken).
- 1-3 years of recruitment experience, ideally with a strong emphasis on direct sourcing.
- Experience in an agency setting is a plus.
- Background in IT and/or Accounting recruitment is an asset.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.
