Als Solutions Architect arbeitest du an der Schnittstelle zwischen Engineering, Betrieb und Verkauf. Du begleitest die Einführung neuer Plattformen und Services, entwickelst bestehende Lösungen weiter und sorgst dafür, dass Prozesse effizient, standardisiert und automatisiert umgesetzt werden.
Deine Aufgaben
Architektur, Design und Einführung neuer IT-Lösungen und Plattformen
Technische Weiterentwicklung bestehender Produkte und Services
Analyse und Automatisierung bestehender manueller Betriebsprozesse
Entwicklung von Automatisierungs- und Provisionierungs-Lösungen mit PowerShell
Erstellung technischer Konzepte, Standards und Betriebsdokumentationen
Unterstützung von Engineering und Betrieb bei komplexen technischen Themen
Technische Abstimmung mit Verkauf und Presales bei neuen Lösungen und Angeboten
Aufbau standardisierter und skalierbarer Service-Architekturen
Mitarbeit bei strategischen Technologieentscheiden und Produktentwicklungen
Evaluation neuer Technologien und Integration in bestehende Plattformen
Unterstützung bei Troubleshooting, Eskalationen und Performance-Optimierungen
Deine Qualifikationen
Mehrjährige Erfahrung als System Engineer, Consultant oder Architect
Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Windows Server und Microsoft-Infrastrukturen
Gute Linux-Kenntnisse im Server- und Plattformbereich
Sehr gute PowerShell-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit Automatisierung und Scripting und den entsprechenden Frameworks
Erfahrung mit modernen Betriebs- und Plattformlösungen wie:MonitoringCompliance ManagementEndpoint ManagementSecurity-PlattformenHybrid- und Cloud-Umgebungen
Erfahrung mit Microsoft 365, Azure und Entra ID von Vorteil
Verständnis für Betriebsprozesse, Standardisierung und Service-Design
Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Freude daran, technische Lösungen nachhaltig und effizient umzusetzen
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
