- Transaktionsmanagement von Büro- und Einzelhandelsimmobilien in Deutschland.
- Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung von An- und Verkaufsprozessen mit direkter Berichterstattung an den Head of Transaction Management.
- Projektleitung und Koordination der Beteiligten beim Due-Diligence Prozess. Identifikation von objektspezifischen Chancen und Risiken unter Berücksichtigung der Investmentstrategie
- Markt-, Standort und Wettbewerbsanalysen
- Dateneinholung und Aufbereitung
- Aufbau und Pflege von digitalen Datenräumen, Begleitung von Q&A Prozessen
- Erstellung von An- und Verkaufskalkulationen und Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen
- Erstellung und Verhandlung von Kaufverträgen in Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Juristen
- Ausbau und Pflege des Unternehmensnetzwerkes mit der Ansprache von Maklern, Projektentwicklern und Eigentümern
- Reporting und Präsentation von Transaktionsergebnissen, Marktentwicklungen und Trends
- Abgeschlossenes immobilienwirtschaftliches Studium bzw. Studium der BWL, VWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Jura, Geografie, Raumplanung oder andere mit Immobilienbezug
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Investment / Transaction Management, Valuation oder Investment Consulting
- Analytisches Denken, Kommunikationsstärke und Dienstleistungsorientierung
- Selbstständige, sorgfältige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung, insbesondere digital
- Reisebereitschaft und gute Marktvernetzung
- Gesteigertes Nachhaltigkeitsbewusstsein
- Stabile Strukturen eines SDAX Unternehmens mit klarer Governance und sozialem Engagement
