Dein Aufgabenbereich
Entgegennehmen von Kundenanrufen und Erfassung von Störungsmeldungen mit hohem Serviceanspruch
Planen und Koordinieren von technischen Einsätzen
Administrative Nachverfolgung von Kundenaufträgen (Installationen, Reparaturen, Ersatzteile)
Erstellen von Reparaturrechnungen und Offerten
Überwachen und Nachverfolgen offener Zahlungen
Dein Profil
Du hast die Berufsausbildung im kaufmännischen oder technischen Bereich, Callcenter oder Verkauf erfolgreich abgeschlossen
Deine Erfahrung im Call Center, Kundendialog oder Kundendienst wünschen wir uns, auch frisch ab der Lehre bist du herzlich willkommen
Muttersprache Deutsch sowie sehr gute mündliche ösischkenntnisse (Niveau B2), weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
Dein Herz schlägt für den Service, du suchst die Selbstständigkeit und dein Umfeld schätzt dich als dynamische, stressresistente und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
