What does the right candidate need to succeed as Head of Sales?
Proven experience in a sales department within the motor industry Proven experience of achieving and exceeding set targets and objectives Up to date knowledge of vehicle, consumer credit and trade practice legislation Current, valid driving licence Previous knowledge of the franchise in which this role exists Experience of managing a departmental budget and leading a team Experience of leading a team, the ability to motivate and coach Satisfy the requirements of GI Compliance and be of ‘good financial repute’ Customer orientated Enthusiastic, smart, professional attitude and appearance
