We're a team of almost 20, moving fast, and we're looking for someone who is inspired by our vision and is ready to build.
*Role*
We're hiring a Product Lead to take ownership of key areas across our jobs and recruiting products. You'll be responsible for the consumer job search experience, employer monetization, and a growing set of B2B products that connect the right clinicians to the right opportunities. We're rethinking how healthcare hiring works from the ground up, and the scope of what we're doing is expanding quickly.
We expect this person to be genuinely AI-forward — building prototypes, running analyses, writing specs, and automating parts of your own workflow using tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex. We give every team member thousands of dollars in AI tokens per month, and we want someone who's already working this way.
*What you'll do*
* Drive product strategy across consumer job search, employer products, and emerging B2B surfaces — defining what we build, why, and in what order.
* Lead discovery and ideation — talking to clinicians, employers, and internal teams to identify the highest-leverage problems to solve.
* Build AI-powered prototypes that incorporate real data, think through primary use cases, and motivate the team toward exciting new experiences.
* Work directly with engineers on requirements, scoping, tradeoffs, and delivery — moving from concept to launched product quickly.
* Analyze outcomes after shipping — identifying patterns, measuring impact, and using data to tell clear stories that inform what comes next.
* Navigate competing needs across clinicians, employers, and the business — sequencing work that serves multiple sides of the marketplace.
* Continuously find ways to make yourself and the team faster using AI — whether that's automated reporting, ticket writing, competitive analysis, or tooling.
*Who you are*
* 7+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time on large-scale consumer products. B2B or marketplace experience is a strong plus.
* You thrive on complex problems, handle ambiguity well, demonstrate clear thinking, and express ideas in ways others can easily follow.
* Strong with data. You know how to ask the right questions, build analyses, and turn numbers into narratives that drive decisions.
* Fluent with AI tools. You've built prototypes (we'd love to see them), you experiment constantly, and you've found new ways to get faster and better output using AI. You're getting better every week.
* Strong bias toward action. You're proactive, you take initiative, and you're persistent when it comes to solving problems.
* Bonus: experience in healthcare, marketplaces, or recruiting/talent products.

*Hiring process*
Our process includes calls with various members of the product team, some case questions during the interview, and a group presentation of your past work. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience, and includes meaningful equity.

Pay: $160,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
