Company Intro / Summary A well-established construction contractor is seeking a Senior Estimator to join their team based in Donegal. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across multiple sectors, the company continues to expand and secure substantial work throughout the region and beyond. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced estimator looking to secure a long-term regional role while working on a wide range of significant construction projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in the companys continued growth and tender success. Responsibilities Lead the preparation and submission of tenders across a variety of construction projects. Review drawings, specifications, and tender documentation. Prepare detailed cost estimates and pricing submissions. Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotations. Identify project risks and value engineering opportunities. Collaborate with operational teams to develop tender strategies. Support senior management with bid reviews and commercial decisions. Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners. Requirements Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related discipline. 10+ years experience in an estimating role within construction. Strong understanding of tendering and pricing processes. Excellent analytical, numerical, and commercial skills. Strong communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines effectively. Motivated individual seeking a long-term role within a growing contractor. Package Up to €130,000 DOE.
