Über die Rolle
Als Presales Consultant mit Fokus auf Commvault bist du die technische Schnittstelle zwischen Vertrieb, Kunden und Hersteller. Du unterstützt aktiv den Sales-Prozess in der DACH-Region und positionierst Commvault-Lösungen strategisch bei Kunden und Partnern
Deine Aufgaben
Entwicklung von Konzepten und Konfigurationen für Data Center- (Server, Storage und Netzwerk) sowie Cloud-Lösungen
Hauptfokus ist der Hersteller Commvault. Weitere Hersteller nagedacht wie Hitachi Vantara, Scale Computing, Nvidia und Cloudian
Technische Begleitung der Partner und Präsentation beim Endkunden
Enablement von internen Sales-Teams und Partnern
Unterstützung und technische Ausarbeitung von Ausschreibungen (RFPs/RFIs)
Analyse von Kundenanforderungen und Entwicklung passender Lösungsarchitekturen
Umgang mit den jeweiligen Hersteller-Tools
Ausarbeitung und Durchführung von technischen Schulungen für Kunden unserer Partner
Durchführung von Produktvorstellungen und Live-Demos der jeweiligen Hersteller
Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung im Bereich Data Management, Backup & Recovery
Dein Profil
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Presales/Consultant oder als System Engineer im Bereich Storage / Backup & Data Management
Erfahrung mit angrenzenden Technologien (Cloud, Storage, Virtualisierung, Security)
Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke
Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Französisch - von Vorteil
Nice-to-have
Zertifizierungen im Commvault-Umfeld
Fundierte Kenntnisse in Commvault (z. B. Architektur, Implementierung, Betrieb)
Erfahrung mit Hyperscalern (z. B. Azure, AWS)
