Sales Manager International (m/w/d)
- Aktive Generierung von Neugeschäft bei Neu- und Bestandskunden
- Verantwortliche Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung strategischer Kunden
- Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung des Akquise-Prozesses von der Kundenpräsentation über die Angebotserstellung bis zur selbstständigen Verhandlung von Vertragsabschlüssen
- Weltweite Reisetätigkeit im Rahmen des Vertriebsaußendienstes, sowie Nachverfolgung und Kundenbetreuung im Innendienst
- Identifikation potenzieller Themen und Kunden durch Marktbeobachtung
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung bzw. Studium
- Erfahrung im internationalen Vertrieb, idealerweise von pharmazeutischen oder lebensmitteltechnologischen Rohstoffen
- Interkulturelle Kompetenz Beherrschen der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Kommunikationsstärke und Souveränität im Umgang mit unseren internationalen Kunden
- Kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise, Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft
- Umzugsbereitschaft in die Region bzw. Anwesenheit am Standort Salzgitter ist erforderlich
