The Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Mid-Market Sales team is a growth engine for clients in GCS. Through long-term relationship development, we are dedicated to understanding customers' business goals and providing advertising solutions to drive their growth. As a Senior Account Executive, Mid-Market Sales, you will use your influencing skills and knowledge of the digital media landscape to identify growth opportunities, craft compelling narratives, and build impactful strategies tailored to customers' goals. Working closely with account strategists, Product Sales and Activation, and other cross-functional teams, you will act as the strategic hub for GCS resources and expertise by educating customers and inspiring action. Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sales teams are trusted advisors and competitive sellers who maintain a relentless focus on customer success by bringing the best Google has to offer to small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), which are the backbone of our communities. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with company owners and make a real difference in their businesses by helping them grow. Together, we help shape the future of innovation for customers, partners, and sellers...and we have fun doing it. Responsibilities: Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders. Develop a comprehensive understanding of their business issues, marketing objectives, and success metrics. Structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between Google and clients and lead a cross-functional team within Google to collaborate on projects and drive client success. Plan for and achieve growth goals through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives. Develop forward-thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.
