divh2Patient Sitter/h2pUnder the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) the Patient Sitter provides a high level of customer service and support to Carle patients by assuring patient safety at bedside and by distributing supplies throughout the department when there are no sitter needs./ppResponsibilities:/pulliSits with patient to assure safety./liliProvides calm and caring presence at bedside./liliInforms RN, HCT, or next available medical personnel of any emergent event or behavior change experienced by the patient./liliConstantly monitor patient visually to ensure patient does not fall or pull lines / tube or attempt to harm themselves./liliStocks supplies throughout the department when there is not a sitter need./li/ulpAbout Us/ppDiscover the job, the career, the purpose you were meant for. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidates experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
