As an Inside Sales/Sales Operations Specialist you'll be responsible for supporting our sales channels and growing our business. What you'll do: Streamline and Optimize Sales Process while overseeing Sales Funnel and Sales Forecasting Onboarding of sales channel partners Liaison between sales acquisition and order fulfillment teams while ensuring frequent and efficient reporting and communication. Maintains customer resource management tools and sales processes. Help build new product Reseller Channels with Key Account Managers Your qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant discipline along with a minimum of 2 years of Inside Sales or Sales Operations experience. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Effective interpersonal skills including leading cross-functional teams without formal authority. Experience in data analytics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experience in SAP or similar ERP applications along with Salesforce.com (SFDC) or Relux is a plus. Our candidate profile is just a guide. Salary: Total Base Pay Range: 66,500.00 - 88,700.00 USD based on experience level.
