Monatliche Lohnverarbeitung
- und Lohndaten im SAP erfassen und mutieren inklusive technischem Lohnlauf
Mithilfe bei der Verarbeitung von Krankheits-, Unfall-, EO-Taggelder und Familienzulagen
Mitarbeit Quellensteuer
Zusammenarbeit mit Schnittstellen-Funktionen intern und extern
Erstellen von Reports und Abstimmungen mit der Finanzbuchhaltung
Das bringst du mit
Kaufmännische Grundausbildung sowie Weiterbildung zur Sozialversicherungsfachfrau/-mann, allenfalls auch Personalfachfrau/-mann
Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in den Bereichen Payroll und Sozialversicherungswesen
Sehr gute SAP HCM Kenntnisse
Versiert im Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Programmen, insbesondere Excel
Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, ösischkenntnisse von Vorteil
