Operating manufacturing machinery in line with procedures Supporting a strong Health & Safety culture Meeting production and waste targets Minimising machine downtime and supporting basic maintenance Maintaining high hygiene and housekeeping standards Identifying faults and escalating issues promptly Demonstrating flexibility across tasks and shifts
About You
Experience within a production or manufacturing environment (food manufacturing desirable) Good mechanical aptitude Strong teamwork and communication skills Awareness of Health & Safety and food hygiene standards A proactive and reliable approach to work
