Starten Sie dazu mit uns bei unserem Kunden aus der Logistikbranche als Customs Compliance Specialist (m/w/d).
Ihre Aufgaben- Als Customs Compliance Specialist (m/w/d) verantworten Sie die Beantragung und Überwachung zollrechtlicher Bewilligungen
- Sie sind zentrale Ansprechperson für zollfachliche Fragen der Niederlassungen
- Die Planung und Durchführung von AEO-Audits, sowie die Begleitung interner und externer Prüfungen liegt in Ihrem Aufgabenbereich
- Sie analysieren unser internes Kontrollsystem (IKS) und setzen Optimierungsmaßnahmen um
- Im Tender-Management und bei Zollprojekten ist Ihre Unterstützung gefragt
- Sie betreuen und entwickeln unsere Zollsoftware fachlich weiter
- Arbeitsanweisungen und zollrelevante Dokumentationen werden von Ihnen erstellt und gepflegt
- Kennzahlen (KPIs) behalten Sie stetig im Blick und führen entsprechende Analysen durch
- Im Customs Claim Management stellen Sie die Einhaltung von Bewilligungsauflagen sicher
- Sie haben eine Ausbildung zur Kauffrau/zum Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung erfolgreich abgeschlossen, oder bringen eine ähnliche Qualifikationen mit
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Zollbereich und in der Zollabfertigung durften Sie bereits erwerben
- Im Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere mit Excel, sind Sie sicher
- Sie haben fließende Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Ihre analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Ihre lösungsorientiertes Denken zeichnen Sie aus
- Sie sind kommunikationsstark und haben eine hohe Service- und Kundenorientierung
- Eigenständiges und strukturiertes Arbeiten ist für Sie selbstverständlich
- Reisebereitschaft ist erwünscht
