Lead Visual Tech (m/w/d)

- Du verantwortest die Bildqualität aller Live-Produktionen und sorgst für perfekte Lichtgestaltung und Kameraführung in unserem hochmodernen TV-Studio
- Du führst fachlich unser Visual-Tech-Team aus Camera-Operatoren und Visual Operatoren und entwickelst innovative Broadcast-Engineering-Lösungen
- Du entwickelst eigenständig kreative visuelle Konzepte für verschiedene Live-Media-Formate und sorgst für technische Exzellenz in der Studiotechnik
- Du arbeitest mit modernster Broadcast-Technologie und Medientechnik für unsere Fernsehproduktionen und optimierst kontinuierlich unsere TV-Studio-Abläufe
- Du koordinierst als erfahrener Lichttechniker (m/w/d) und Bildmischer (m/w/d) alle visuellen Aspekte unserer Live-Sendungen und Studio-Technik-Prozesse
- Du treibst als Lead Visual Tech (m/w/d) Innovationen im Live-Broadcast-Bereich voran und entwickelst dein Visual Tech Team sowie Broadcast-Techniker kontinuierlich weiter
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mediengestalter (m/w/d) Bild und Ton oder ein Studium in Medientechnik mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung im Broadcast Engineering
- Du bringst fundierte Erfahrung als Kameramann (m/w/d), Lichttechniker (m/w/d) oder in vergleichbaren Visual-Tech-Positionen im Live-Media-Umfeld mit
- Du verfügst über tiefgehende Kenntnisse in Studiotechnik, Broadcast-Systemen und moderner TV-Studio-Technologie für Live-Produktionen
- Du hast bereits Führungserfahrung mit Camera-Operatoren, Visual-Operatoren oder anderen Broadcast-Technikern in der Fernsehproduktion gesammelt
- Du begeisterst Dich für innovative Bildgestaltung, Lichtgestaltung und die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Bildqualität in Live-Media-Produktionen
- Du arbeitest strukturiert als Lead Visual Tech (m/w/d), kommunizierst klar mit Deinem Team und bringst kreative Lösungen für komplexe Broadcast-Engineering-Herausforderungen mit
