As a Home Health PTA, your daily routine will be both dynamic and fulfilling. You’ll provide hands-on physical therapy treatments tailored to individual patient needs, ensuring they progress toward their recovery goals. Collaborating closely with physical therapists, you’ll assist in implementing customized care plans, maintaining open communication with patients and their families to address any concerns. You’ll be responsible for tracking patient progress and documenting outcomes, all while demonstrating empathy and support during their journey.
