À propos
Established nearly two centuries ago, FM is a leading mutual insurance company whose capital, scientific research capability and engineering expertise are solely dedicated to property risk management and the resilience of its policyholder-owners. These owners, who share the belief that the majority of property loss is preventable, represent many of the world’s largest organizations, including one of every four Fortune 500 companies. They work with FM to better understand the hazards that can impact their business continuity to make cost-effective risk management decisions, combining property loss prevention with insurance protection.
About The Job
We are seeking a Senior Program and Change Consultant who combines strong leadership presence with hands‑on execution. This role leads high‑priority, complex business challenges and enterprise‑level transformation initiatives, guiding the conceptualization, delivery, and implementation of multifaceted, multi‑year programs across both technology and non‑technology domains.
The ideal candidate is a decisive operator who quickly creates clarity from ambiguity, takes ownership of outcomes, and moves the organization forward with confidence. This role requires someone who can shape strategy while actively driving the detailed execution needed to deliver results.
You will work closely with executives and cross‑functional teams to solve complex problems, define clear paths forward, and ensure disciplined, end‑to‑end delivery. Success in this role requires a balance of strategic thinking, rigorous program management, and practical, on‑the‑ground execution, with the ability to influence at all levels and add value immediately. We are looking for someone who is self‑driven, solutions‑oriented, and capable of leading from the front while accelerating decision‑making, adoption, and measurable impact.
Schedule & Location
This role will be located at our headquarters facility located in Johnston, Rhode Island. This is a 5 days office-based position with flexibility to work remotely depending on business needs. Relocation within the US is offered to relocate within 50 miles of Johnston, RI
