The
Customer Service Representative
(Sales Support Associate) plays a key role in supporting the Major Account Manager with day-to-day operations and maintaining strong client relationships. This position requires a solid understanding of client needs and industry standards, ensuring efficient communication and support. The Sales Support Associate reports directly to the Major Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in gathering and organizing documents required for processing new client orders. Update and manage documentation as needed, retrieving information from various internal departments to aid in addressing client inquiries and concerns. Maintain and track weekly client reports, and notify the Major Account Manager of any customer-provided materials required to fulfill orders. Process new purchase orders submitted by clients and coordinate with the document control department on revisions to existing orders. Facilitate communication between clients and the company under the guidance of the Major Account Manager. Perform other duties as assigned by the manager. Microsoft Office required
