Rondrijden als chauffeur in een comfortabele bezorgbus mét een mooi salaris. Hoe klinkt dat? Je bezorgt de leukste boodschap bij de mensen thuis. Dit doe je in een van onze gele bezorgbussen (automaat) met airco en verwarming. Zo zit je er altijd comfortabel bij. Klantvriendelijk, met een glimlach en altijd bereid een stapje extra te zetten. Want als fulltime bezorger staat de klant bij jou altijd op één.
Jij ontdekt het als fulltime bezorger
Hoera, een nieuwe bezorgdag! Tijd om jouw bezorggebied te gaan ontdekken. Jij en je collega’s verzamelen bij het magazijn (HUB) in Bergen op Zoom. Jullie doen een bakkie en wisselen de laatste nieuwtjes uit. Daarna loop je richting je bus. Ziet die er netjes uit? Is de juiste voorraad geladen? Je haalt je tablet, navigatie- en pinapparaat op, stapt in, zet een lekker muziekje op en vertrekt. Tijd om netjes de bestellingen te bezorgen. Je neemt emballage mee terug en ruimt na afloop alles op.
Als fulltime bezorger maak je een onuitwisbare indruk op de klant. Bijvoorbeeld met een handgeschreven kaartje als je hoort dat iemand jarig is. Om te kunnen starten neem jij mee:
- Een rijbewijs B (minstens 3 maanden)
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
- Volop energie om aan de slag te gaan in jouw bezorggebied
Wij werken in verschillende shifts: Bijvoorbeeld van 6:00 tot 15:00, van 15:00 tot 23:00 uur.
- Een mooi bruto salaris vanaf €14,71 per uur (vanaf 21 jaar of ouder).
- 24 vakantiedagen, 8% vakantiegeld en wekelijks 3 uur Atv (op basis van een 40-urige werkweek).
- Vrijheid in je werk: Jij bent baas over je eigen bus (automaat met airco).
- Recht op verschillende extra vergoedingen zoals een toeslag als je werkt tussen 22:00 en 06.00 uur en op feestdagen, reiskostenvergoeding én maaltijdvergoeding.
- 10% korting op je boodschappen die we via je salaris uitbetalen en extra voordelen in de Jumbo Extra’s app.
- Extra vergoeding voor het aandragen van nieuwe collega's. Maak dus ook je vrienden enthousiast.
- Doorgroeimogelijkheden. Bijvoorbeeld naar een functie als senior bezorger, planner of teamleider.
- Een persoonlijk ontwikkelbudget én gerichte trainingen en opleidingen binnen onze eigen Jumbo Academy.
- Mogelijkheid tot het volgen van een opleidingstraject tot vrachtwagenchauffeur.
- Leuke extra’s zoals: een fietsplan, korting op tanken bij BP, een collectieve zorgverzekering en korting bij diverse winkels op kleding, elektronica, diverse uitjes en nog veel meer.
