Team Lead ICT Engineering & Operations (m/w/d)

In dieser Schlüsselrolle verantwortest du gemeinsam mit deinem Team die Weiterentwicklung unserer hybriden ICT-Infrastruktur und treibst die Transformation Richtung Cloud aktiv voran. Du kombinierst technisches Architekturverständnis mit operativer Exzellenz und verstehst es, Teams fachlich wie persönlich weiterzuentwickeln. Gemeinsam mit deinem Team stellst du einen stabilen, sicheren und zukunftsfähigen ICT-Betrieb für unsere internationale Organisation sicher.
Aufgaben
Fachliche und operative Führung des ICT Engineering & Operations Teams
Verantwortung für den stabilen, sicheren und performanten Betrieb der hybriden ICT-Infrastruktur
Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Infrastruktur- und Cloud-Projekten von der Konzeption bis zum erfolgreichen Go-live
Weiterentwicklung der Microsoft-basierten Systemlandschaft im hybriden Umfeld (On-Premises & Azure)
Aktive Mitgestaltung und Umsetzung der Cloud-Strategie
Bewertung und Migration bestehender Services in hybride oder cloudbasierte Architekturen
Verantwortung für moderne Identity- und Access-Konzepte mit Microsoft Entra ID und Active Directory
Definition und Weiterentwicklung technischer Standards, Betriebs- und Automatisierungskonzepte
Aktive Mitgestaltung, Anwendung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der etablierten ITIL-Prozesse
Integration internationaler Standorte in eine standardisierte und skalierbare Infrastruktur
Unterstützung des Teams bei komplexen technischen Fragestellungen sowie Mitarbeit im 2nd-/3rd-Level-Support
Coaching und Weiterentwicklung der Teammitglieder
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern, externen Partnern und Lieferanten
Hardskills
Uni-/Hochschulabschluss im Bereich Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in leitenden technischen Rollen im Enterprise-Infrastruktur-Umfeld
Fundierte Erfahrung im Engineering und Betrieb komplexer hybrider ICT-Infrastrukturen
Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Microsoft Server Umfeld
Tiefgehende Erfahrung mit Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, Active Directory und Gruppenrichtlinien
Erfahrung mit Hybrid-Cloud-Architekturen und Cloud-Migrationen
Kenntnisse in Automatisierung und Standardisierung von Betriebsprozessen
Erfahrung mit Backup- und Recovery-Lösungen (z. B. Veeam)
Gute Kenntnisse in Netzwerk-, VPN- sowie Security- und Infrastrukturkonzepten
PowerShell- und Automatisierungserfahrung von Vorteil
Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
