Over het werk
Als medewerker kwaliteit bij onze toekomstige werkgever speel jij een cruciale rol in het waarborgen van de productkwaliteit binnen de spuitgietafdeling. Jij bent degene die zowel bij het opstarten van productielijnen als tijdens het productieproces scherp in de gaten houdt of de producten voldoen aan de vastgestelde specificaties en kwaliteitseisen van onze klanten. Daarbij maak je gebruik van het geldende kwaliteitsprotocol en verschillende meetmiddelen om de kwaliteit nauwkeurig te beoordelen.
Wanneer de kwaliteit afwijkt, schakel je direct met de teamleider en neem je doortastende beslissingen. Ook als dit betekent dat een productielijn tijdelijk moet worden stilgelegd, sta jij stevig in je schoenen. Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor collega’s met vragen over kwaliteit en werkt intensief samen met quality engineers, operators, machinestellers, ploegleiders en de kwaliteitsafdeling. Dankzij deze samenwerking draag je bij aan een soepel en betrouwbaar productieproces.
Daarnaast lever je een actieve bijdrage aan orde en netheid op de werkvloer en stimuleer je een sterk kwaliteitsbewustzijn binnen het team. Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor het leveren van hoogwaardige producten, beoordeelt en geeft producten en productielijnen vrij en denkt mee over verbeteringen binnen het kwaliteitsprotocol. Als bewaker van de kwaliteitsstandaarden ben jij een onmisbare schakel in het continu verbeteren van processen en het leveren van topkwaliteit aan onze klanten.
Wat wij bieden
- Je komt terecht in een hecht en collegiaal team waar samenwerking en plezier centraal staan
- Werktijden: 3-ploegendienst (06.00 – 14.00 uur/ 14.00 – 22.00 uur / 22:00 - 06:00 uur)
- 18,5% ploegen toeslag bovenop het brutosalaris
- Salaris is afhankelijk van leeftijd en werkervaring, conform de cao kunststof- en rubberindustrie
Wat wij vragen
- Mbo werk- en denkniveau
- Minimaal drie jaar recente ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels
